Criminal Defense
As a former assistant public defender, I have extensive experience defending people in criminal cases. I defend people who are charged with state or federal crimes in Florida from traffic tickets and misdemeanors to major felonies. I handle DUI charges and DMV driver's license suspension hearings, theft and property offenses, drug charges, violent crimes, juvenile cases, grand jury cases, and probation or parole violations.
